Tommy's Hi Tech Auto was amazing.. Jason was able to take care of my husband's truck within a couple of weeks and my car needed some attention, so I scheduled an appointment with them for a diagnostic. Not only was I able to get the repairs done but I was also given the highest quality of care from these guys.. my car was finished , ready and washed for pick up. I cannot recommend this place enough, we literally felt like family. Huge shout out to Jason, and his team for making this experience so easy for us.
We have been using Tommy's for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience. Michael and his team go above and beyond to deliver high quality service. We were super pleased with our most recent visit; they texted a link to a full breakdown of suggested services with pricing and we were able to select the ones we wanted performed. We also received a text when the vehicle was ready. We feel like it saved a lot of time and back and forth. Highly recommend!
Recently had major repair done on a classic vehicle. “Doc” is definitely the man to take your vehicle to, to get any heavy mechanical work done. Jason was a great salesman, very commutative through the shops app and by telephone. Jason thoroughly explained the repairs for my vehicle. Doc also explained the work he completed on my vehicle and took the time to show and tell all the components of what was done. I will be bringing my vehicle back for future repairs. I know with the amount spent on my recent visit, Tommy’s will stand by their work and take care of their customers. If I was the owner of a shop, I’d take Jason and Doc and give them a raise. Good job to these two!
A great first experience. Sal was my service manager and took all the notes and notified me of the issues with my Acadia. I was able to read and discuss all of the issues related to my car and was pleasantly surprised at the service I received from Tommie’s. It’s been about 6 days from when the repairs were made and my car is running well. I liked the fact that they allowed me to present a coupon card I received in the mail to help on saving some cost done to my vehicle. I would recommend them to any ladies that are hesitant or fearful of repair shops. I did do some price comparisons on line and felt that I was charged fairly.
Tommy's was recommended to us a while back. My husband went there and loved their honesty. I, too, went and found them to be the same way. We sent our fmdaughter there and they were very honest and made sure she got the best pricing available. We trust them completely, they have not given us a reason not to!!
