I love that I can trust I'm getting the best service and care at Pioneer. Drew and Deanna always take the time to explain all services recommended and are so patient with providing me details on any questions I have. I know when I leave there, I don't have to question the quality of the work as well. I have been getting our cars repaired there for seven years or so and I've never been disappointed. Sometimes, there are services they recommend that might be out of my budget but they work with me to help accommodate the necessary repairs. They offer multiple finance methods and are never " pushy" with any added services. It's nice to have familiar faces to go to with your car repair needs that you know you can trust. I highly recommend them.
These guys are always so nice and personable. I enjoy the staff. They are very forward about everything. Even their mechanics are nice. Sitting room is nice. I was there for a simple tire patch for a nail that was in my back tire. it was $26 and change and that to me is very pricey. I’ve never paid more than $20
Pioneer provided a transparent estimate process with friendly staff; seems like an Honest service shop. Able to get windshield washer pump replaced, wheels aligned, engine filter replaced in one day which was very advantageous. Furthermore they seem worthy of trust, since the pump repair was done for more than $350 less than the local Honda dealership had quoted. They've earned my trust and I will likely come back. Even though my car will need more maintenance they did not pressure me to complete it today.
I have gone to pioneer for years. They have always been a 5 star operation. My experience this time was not like I am used to. It took a week to get a diagnostic run and oil change. I finally had to call in to tell them I have to come get the truck. They had not started on the work but they prioritized it and got everything done that day. Not sure what is going on but they’ll lose my business permanently if they can’t reverse the experience.
I really enjoyed consulting with Deana about what services my Chrysler 300C needed. She made everything easy to understand by using layman’s terms and was very confident regarding services needed.
