One of the best facilities I’ve had a gym membership at! Staff is super friendly very inviting and welcoming. My child goes to the child care she loves it there as well! Definitely the best gym in town!
Absolutely beautiful facility with every kind of machine you can think of, they even have concept 2 rower and ski. Very impressed, and I joined without hesitation. I'm excited to get stronger and healthier here at Fitness Connection Denton.
Lies, run away!! Most of the staff are very staff rude. You can only bring one different guest a month, and unlike other gyms they want let you bring guests under 18 although they say you can, they also treated my guess very disrespectful, they made her feel discriminated against, and the manager had staff harass me. It was a awful experience. I will not recommend. Take your 10$ to planet fitness or elsewhere. But not here, it's also very crowded
The gym itself is okay, but don't use the personal training services. My trainer quit, and no one said anything to me. I assumed my training membership would be suspended as I wasn't seeing a personal trainer, but then I was charged for another month. I contacted the manager 5 times, and each time, he told me that he'd get back with me. He never once reached out. I had to call him over and over again. He offered a free month of training, but I had already left the gym and enrolled elsewhere by then.
I’m going to be completely transparent in my experience as I have been a Fitness connection customer for nearly 5 years. I was a regular at the Carrollton location and since I have transferred schools I began coming to the Denton location. I have to say the Denton location is definitely a bit bigger and has newer equipment but the biggest flaw here is the STAFF. And when I mean bad I’m not even really angry at them they are just horrible at their job and don’t really show any effort but somehow manage to be ruder than Popeyes employees 5 minutes before close. 1. They are not friendly at all, they will stare at you from the front door until check in but will not greet you. If you try to break the ice and say hello they will not respond. 2. They do not make rounds/ check the gym. (Specifically the two younger college age females who work the closing shifts). Often times I see them standing up front talking to friends and will not even help or acknowledge customers at times until you interrupt them. 3. They will get very upset if you stay until closing or late into the day and will not say anything when you tell them to have a good night or say goodbye. Me and my girlfriend both noticed this behavior and it’s much worse here than in Carrollton so we decided to switch to Texas Family Fitness and it has been a night and day experience. It’s good that fitness connection is only $10 a month for people to get into working out but I’ve personally had enough of the staffs bs. Also if the owners see this message. Don’t even respond just take it into consideration. I’m not about to email y’all or go any extra steps just for the same bs to continue you’re just gonna keep losing clientele until you fix the problem. Thanks
